Park Residence- Under construction!
Corvin Promenade has been the site of dynamic development and renewal since 2005. The latest residential building of the Corvin Promenade, Park Residence's first phase is being built in the heart of Budapest, close to everything. The 227-unit condominium is the largest investment of inner city Budapest. The 29-100 sqm apartments will be completed in Q3 2015.
Sun Resort will obtain the occupancy licence soon!
Sun Resort, the 4th building on the Corvin Promenade, which inner and outside building works have reached the phase when the occupancy licence can be issued at the beginning of April. The performance of the facade is nearly finished so the final look is considered to be the most beautiful and the brightest among the newly built buildings, thanks to its original construction solutions now visible. In the months to come the inner performances are taking place, after which the new owners can obtain their sunny homes.
